Your conscious thought, whether they be bad or good is what fuels your subconscious mind power so acquiring a subconscious that is more inclined to help us become more affective in things that we don require feeding our conscious mind with good, productive things. And this had to be done habitually. Have you ever noticed that a person who grew up in an environment that promotes harm tend to be physically aggressive when that person grows up. So think of the conscious and subconscious mind as the fire and fuel, one sustains the other.
