I don’t have a comment. However I have spent the intire day trying to get to your support line.I am going to try to get an answer here, and if that fails, I will cancle my order and expect my money returned . I have followed all steps to down load the all ready made” six mind movies” Each time I finish with the down load and hit PLAY, it says “the selected folder does not contain any video file.Please select another folder and try again.” I have tried all day and have used all folders. Am I doing something wrong , that the vedio’s are not going in the selected folder? I need some help and answers.

If you want the videos get them from the email sent to your from http://www/mindmoviedownload.com and make sure to download them to your computer (choose the correct PC or Mac or Iphone Versions) and know exactly where it is on your computer and open it there, I’ve just tried this and it works and thousands of others haven’t had problems yet.
It could also be a problem with your computer, but if you can watch youtube videos or the videos here then the creation kit should have not worries with your computer
