This is my first Mind Movie and I do hope you enjoy it. I always used to be a glass half empty sort of girl, always using negative language,low self esteem, you name it, I was it! This mind movie idea has completely changed my mindset. I really am a changed person with a positive outlook on life and the future. You really can do this too. I am struggling with negative thought patterns in my life, and they are afecting the thing that is most important to me: my relationship with my boyfriend. I love him very much and I want to learn how to think more positively because it is not him that is making me unhappy – its me. I liked the video alot! Just everyone hope that I can learn to be positive again!
