One of the main factors why you can be physically weak and vulnerable to diseases, especially those related to the heart, is emotional and mental stress. Of course, these can be caused by work problems, strained relationships, and financial troubles. There are medical solutions but these may still not work if you maintain a great degree of negative thinking. With a positive thought, however, you rid yourself of the stress factor. Therefore, your medication can work better in dealing with the physiological aspect.
However, the power of a single thought is not something you can get with a snap of a finger or just by simply wishing for it. It needs a little time and effort before you can achieve it.
