Is there anywhere to watch new release movies online legally? I don’t mind paying for the movie?

Because of illness and disability, I’m stuck in bed most of the time and can’t go to the cinema. I hate missing new releases and having to wait for DVD.
Is there anywhere I can watch movies legally online? I don’t mind paying for this, of course. The only reason I want to watch new release movies online is because I am unable to go to a cinema.
As far as I know there is only one legitimate place to watch it. I can’t stand those dumb surveys either but they make you do a short one then you are good to go. Just go here; http://www.movieidiot.com/

Not movies that are out in the theaters. If you have cable or satellite, you can check pay per view, they occasionally have movies on at the same time they’re in the cinema.
