Usually I try to keep busy or watch cartoons and comedies. I usually have the worst problems if I watch it in the night time so in the future try watching while it is still daylight and try to follow the horror movie up with a cheerful movie or show. Watching movies with friends help too because they will be there afterword to talk to about how scary it was and sometimes talking about it can help clear your mind. Hope this helps.
